We work across the whole family system, supporting parents as survivors and as caregivers. Our services are rooted in lived experience, frontline expertise, and justice-led practice, designed to heal and connect.

Six-week closed groups combining psychoeducation with reflective discussion, equipping parents with coping tools, self-awareness, and peer connection.

Two emotional wellbeing programmes, piloted and evaluated

Since June 2025 we have piloted two emotional wellbeing programmes across two London boroughs, evaluated with NHS-aligned tools: CORE-10, PHQ-9, and GAD-7, alongside weekly feedback journals and focus groups.
